About Chaska
The Chaska concept is inspired by the sights, sounds and flavours of the truck stops (dhabas), food carts and open-air markets of India. We create an authentic Indian Street Food experience through our menu as well as the design of our stores. With vibrant painted truck art, including a full truck facade, complemented by a rustic industrial feel, the Chaska street food experience goes far beyond plate and palate. It’s a true feast for the senses. With our proven system, the Chaska concept can be owned and operated without the need of having a chef.
